Pricing :
I reserve the right to adjust my prices in accordance with the fluctuations in the market.
While I take every care to keep my prices on the website accurate, I also reserve the right to correct any mistakes.

I also aim to provide fair and competitive prices for all therapies available.
A 30% deposit is required for each booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill after you have attended your appointment.
Privacy Policy :
The Willows values your custom and takes every precaution to protect your privacy and security.
I do not pass any information on to a third party without your consent.
Cancellation Policy :
A minimum of 48 hours notice is kindly required to cancel your appointment for your deposit to be fully refunded.
Cancellation outside of this time frame will, unfortunately, result in your deposit becoming non - refundable.

If you are unable to attend your appointment but wish to re-book, then your deposit will be carried forward and deducted from the new appointment. Rescheduling of appointments can only be made 3 times, if you are unable to attend the 3rd appointment this will result in a cancellation of the appointment and a non-refundable deposit.
