I'll be the first to say that health and well-being have not come so easy to me over the years. Diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Fertility issues, weight problems, skin complaints, anxiety and depression, it's really been quite a learning curve!
Maybe like me, you've been trying to get to the bottom of certain health issues for years? Or maybe wished to develop your spirituality?
Having gone through (and still working towards) my own personal health challenges and developing my spirituality along the way, I wanted to pay it forward to help those who like me, had no-one else to turn to when the G.P didn't provide me with the answers I was needing at the time.
With the combination of these experiences and my training, I am humbled to be able to provide you with a comfortable, informative, caring, relaxing and supportive base for you to explore and improve your health and well-being.
I am offering holistic therapy sessions from my home in Atherstone, these include Nutritional Therapy, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Colour Therapy & Angel/Oracle card readings.
The aim of my services is to provide you with the opportunity to find balance within yourself to enable you to reach your goals and dreams.
